We probably need not remind you again that the Kentucky Derby is upon us, in case you haven’t caught the fever yet.

In recent news, the post positions were drawn to finalize the field yesterday, but trainer Bob Baffert pulled a surprise by scratching Hoppertunity, a legitimate contender this morning. This opens the door for Pablo del Monte as an alternate entry with Jeffrey Sanchez up.
