Weekend Winners Club

So, Gun Runner won another race, now the Louisiana Derby, and I’m not ranking him number one?! That’s because, as aforementioned here, we don’t overreact to every 3yo victory. It was another solid effort and he moved up to 3rd.

If you look at the performance figures and competition, Nyquist and Mohaymen are still better. Any yes, I’m keeping Nyquist at number one until proven otherwise, which might happen this weekend when both are scheduled to face off in the Fla Derby G1.
