Saratoga, the only major track that runs on Monday, is open for business again today, with an added twist. Thanks to a 29-1 winner in the last race on Sunday, the Pick 6 pool will carry over 1/3 of a $million into today’s races.

The Pick 6 sequence will start in race 4 at about 2:40 PM ET, and it looks like there are plenty of nice long shots to choose from again today.

The featured race will be the Lucky Coin 100k, a short sprint on turf at 5.5f for horses 4 and up. The favorite Undrafted is solid, but there’s actually not much speed in the race.

Weekend Hideaway looks like a great option going from turf to dirt, especially with 8-1 ML, but those odds will be less than 5-1 at post time due to scratches and the fact that he has the 2 highest PF’s in the last 4 races of the field.
