Kentucky Downs Saturday Turf Cup- Review

Kentucky Downs Saturday: How did we do?
.
Yesterday we posted a Kentucky Downs preview and long shot special article. The point was to get some long shots sprinkled in to your exotics, and possibly even win.
.
As it turned out, the only winner was in race 1, where you would have def had a nice trifecta using the Grid, even with the typo you would have seen the runner up stand out.
.
After that, the long shots hitting the top 3 fizzled out for almost all of the races, but we had a few in there hitting 3rd and 4th, one more winner, and one runner up. Overall, not bad. We’re counting the winner of R4 since it def would have made the long shot report at >6-1 but only 5-1 ML and the odds normally go down after scratches for the single digit horses, not up.

Results Kentucky Downs Sat. Sep. 9

R1: 2 11 12 15 (note: initial article said 1 instead of 2, with ML of 6-1 but that was a typo, as The Grid will corroborate, there was no reason to select 1. I apologize for the typo, and left it in the original article to not be accused of changing anything.)
