Belmont Free Picks Friday June 8 Brooklyn Hcp and Jaipur Grid
Belmont kicks off its Belmont Stakes weekend with a couple of nice stakes races on a card with many full fields and good competition.
The Jaipur’s favorites look great but I can never pass up a 12-1 horse with top LP on turf, including when it also has the best dirt sprint figure.
In the Brooklyn it’s hard to be against Dicky Drugs and I will include his favorite for sure, but at 5-2 not much value in a field of 11. I’d rather take my chances on the 5-1 Pletcher horse coming off the best pair of performance figures, and Ritvo’s 6-1 horse with top LP in a 12f race is a good sign.
