Preakness Weekend!

Hello fellow winner!

We have two great Pimlico race cards coming up, both packed with 14 races, including today. There are over 150 horses entered in each card.
Today there are 7 stakes races at Pimlico, including the featured Black-Eyed Susan for fillies, and the Pimlico Special, originally won by War Admiral, who was historically beaten by Seabiscuit the next year.
The race took a hiatus for 3 years under poor funding for the track, but came back in 2012 with great fields again as usual. Breakdown:
The Special is choc-full of a good field including Tapiture, who faltered in the Ky Derby but won the WV Derby and was 2nd in the Pa Derby and BC Dirt Mile.
Encryption looks great by the numbers but hasn’t won any graded stakes. Albano has finished in the money in all but 1 of his last ten races. Page McKenney has finished ITM in all of his last 10.
Kid Cruz won the Federico Tesio, one of Pimlico’s great 3yo preps, and the Dwyer G3 at Belmont. He’s coming off a great OC100. Vyjack has won or placed in multiple graded stakes races, including winning the Kelso G2 last year.
Top Billing is a late closer that was on the Derby trail last year, but took a year off due to health reasons and has shown some promise again this year.
Cat Burglar finishes ITM every time, and was a narrow 3rd in this race last year, and even narrower 3rd in the Brooklyn G2. This is 2nd race after layoff this year.
Last but not at all least, we have the favored Commissioner, 2nd in the Belmont and Peter Pan last year, coming off a strong victory in the Skip Away G3.
A strong case can be made for Encryption at 10-1, with the 2nd best EP. Cat Burglar at 5-1 has the top EP at 5-1, and he also has the top LP. The top late runner is Page at 15-1.
As usual we have at least one free grid this weekend, and it’s for today at Pimlico.

The Black-Eyed Susan has a competitive field as well, but has a heavy favorite at 9-5. However, there are some nice 4-1. 5-1, 6-1, and even 12-1 morning line choices that could easily compete. All of today’s races are located at the above secret link for free.

Tomorrow, for Preakness, it’s a different story. You can get this year’s full day Preakness card grid for a low price but it’s very reasonable. We just can’t give away the Grid information because it’s too valuable and may skew the odds too much. More info here:

Remember you can get 2 or 3 or more months access to the Grid from here:

Have a great weekend, good luck, and enjoy the races!
